Wednesday May 25 - 50 min treadmill, 20 min abs
Thursday May 26 - Rest Day
Friday May 27 - 35 min treadmill, Body Pump
Saturday May 28 - 25 min elliptical, 35 min treadmill, 10 min abs
Sunday May 29 - 45 min pillates

Monday May 30 - 35 min elliptical 45 min treadmill 10 min abs
Tuesday May 31 - 30 min treadmill & Body Pump
Wednesday June 1 - 40 min treadmill
Thursday June 2 - REST DAY
Friday June 3 -

Monday June 6 - 50 min treadmill & various abs workouts
Tuesday June 7 - 30 min treadmill & Body Pump
Wednesday June 8 - 55 min treadmill & various abs workouts
Thursday June 9 - 55 min treadmill & 20 min Abs, Back and arm workout
Friday June 10 - Off
Saturday June 11 - Off
Sunday June 12 - Off








Monday June 13 - 30 min elliptical, 40 min treadmill & short abs workout
Tuesday June 14 - 25 min treadmill incline walking & Body Pump!
Wednesday June 15 - 15 min elliptical & 35 min treadmill, 15 min abs
Thursday June 16 - Various Abs workouts, push-ups
Friday June 17 - 30 min elliptical, 50 min treadmill, 30 min abs, & Body Pump!
Saturday June 18 - 9 km vigorous walk
Sunday June 19 - Day Off

Monday June 20 - 15 min elliptical, 50 min treadmill
Tuesday June 21 - Day Off - injured back
Wednesday June 22 - 50 min treadmill, lite arm & abs workout & 60 min Yoga
Thursday June 23 - 50 min treadmill & upper arm workout using machines
Friday June 24 - Various Ab exercises, upper arm workout & Pushups!
